To all prospective new patients:

I highly value being able to address the needs of my patients in a timely fashion.  As I am now operating at the capacity of my practice I need to stop accepting new patients so that I can continue to do so.  Effective October 11th, 2011, I am temporarily closed to new patients.  I look forward to the time when I will be able to again welcome new patients to Chad Magnuson Family Medicine.

Please note: I am still accepting new patients if they have been established with me in the past or if they are a family member of an existing patient.  If you have any questions about this please call my office number at 206-463-5401 and leave me a message. 

I will reconsider this decision monthly and indicate here if I have changed this policy.

2011- 2012 Seasonal Flu Information

This years flu shot will be available at the Vashon Island Fire and Rescue main station on Thursday, November 3rd from 1-6 pm (for those ages 12 and older).  It will also be available at many pharmacies in the Puget Sound area (off island).  It is available as well from the Vashon Health Center on October 18th and 20th for people 4 years and older (these two dates do require an appointment, call 463-3671).
